Snowdonia has excellent transport links, making it easy to get around the National Park. Both Machynlleth and Conwy, the beginning and end points of the Snowdonia Way, have train stations, and the end of every stage has a public transport link.
One way to plan your journey around Wales is to use the Traveline Cymru website or app.
Trains
Train stations on the main route are at Machynlleth (the start), Penrhyndeudraeth (half way through Stage 3), Dolwyddelan (end of Stage 4/beginning of Stage 5) and Conwy (the end).
Buses
There is a bus connection at the beginning/end of every stage of the main and mountain routes of The Snowdonia Way, and usually there are several directions you can go.
